Upon review the home looks very well designed and we are pleased with the aesthetic it establishes for the neighborhood. We do want to make certain that the rear yard plantings meet the requirements established by the approved PUD as well as the approved landscape plan. In addition, we want to verify your compliance with the architectural standards within the PUD. The City will do their own review for compliance when a building permit is sought but we want to make certain that there are no issues that will be raised after construction of the home is complete, your sales team is operational and the community is open to the public. That being said, we hereby grant you an approval of the plans and specifications provided for your planned model home on lot #34 conditioned upon full compliance with the architectural and landscape standards of the Woodside at West Clay PUD.
