EXMOOR
Due to the unique European village design and architecture planned for Exmoor at
Jackson’s Grant, amended Setbacks, Lot Coverage, Carriage Garages and Landscape standards are
requested for Exmoor lots:
• Front yard Setback – 10’ (already 10’ on alley lots)
• Side yard Setback – 3’ each side, 6’ aggregate
• Maximum Lot Coverage – 65%
• Carriage Garage definition: A Building with up to six (6) units attached, designed for
vehicle storage on the ground floor and may have second floor lofts finished for use as
studios, workshops, recreation rooms or similar ancillary use, but shall not be designed for,
nor permit Occupancy.
• Landscaping
o Section 11.6 B shall be amended to add masonry Wall and Landscaping language.
o Section 11.6 D shall not apply to Carriage Garages.
