Roxbury Drive, Suite 1050 Beverly Hills, CA 90210 RE: Docket No. 20010014 ADLS Amend: Geico - North Parking Expansion Dear Mr. Hagan: The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on March 3, 2020 regarding site plan and design approval for a parking lot expansion (216 new spaces) on the north side of the building (in the previous center of the round-a-bout which has now been removed and reconfigured). The site is located at 101 West 103rd Street and is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor. It is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Docket No. 20010014 ADLS Amend: Geico - North Parking Expansion  Final approval from the Carmel Engineering Department  Final approval of revised landscape plan to include 15 addit ional trees to be planted around the property  Approval of related variances by the Board of Zoning Appeals In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting appl ication for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
