RE: Docket No. 20010014 ADLS Amend: Geico - North Parking Expansion
Dear Mr. Hagan:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on March 3, 2020
regarding site plan and design approval for a parking lot expansion (216 new spaces) on the north side of the building (in
the previous center of the round-a-bout which has now been removed and reconfigured). The site is located at 101 West
103rd Street and is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor. It is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Docket No. 20010014 ADLS Amend: Geico - North Parking Expansion
Final approval from the Carmel Engineering Department
Final approval of revised landscape plan to include 15 addit ional trees to be planted around the property
Approval of related variances by the Board of Zoning Appeals

regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
