Birkla Anderson Birkla Investment Partners, LLC 881 3`d Ave. SW, Suite 100 Carmel,IN 46032 RE: The Proscenium Docket No. 16030010 DP/ADLS Dear Mr. Birkla: The Cannel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its meeting on April 26, 2016 regarding an application seeking site plan and design approval for a mixed-use development with office, retail, and residential units, as well as underground parking. The site is located at 1212 South Rangeline Road. It is zoned C-1/City Center District and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED with Conditions: The Proscenium-Docket No. 16030010 DP/ADLS 1. Updated Plans a. Site plan with lot coverage percent b. Landscaping plan approved by the Urban Forester c. Lighting plans for site and buildings d. Signage plans/package for site e. Bicycle and Pedestrian facilities plan 2. Updated Architectural elevations addressing four sided architectural concerns and consistency with schematic renderings 3. Approval letter from CRC 4. Approval letter from Engineering Department 5.
