Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Shestak, th I understand that there is a re-zoning application for 22 acres on the NW corner of 116 and Springmill Road being considered. As one of the custom builders in Jackson’s Grant I wanted to provide my support for the project. We own several lots in Jackson’s Grant and have been building in that community since its inception. I feel that Jackson’s Grant Village would compliment the community well by providing convenience and walkability to the residents and add a sense of “neighborhood” to the area. People like to support local establishments, especially when they can do so easily. Knowing the restrictive nature of developments in Carmel, I am confident that the development of Jackson’s Grant Village will be aesthetically pleasing as well! This type of development is a natural transition at that location. Although I assume there will be opposition to the development, it is the most logical and feasible use of the property and will prove to be an enhancement to the area. Unfortunately, sometimes the most vocal few in opposition to development get more attention than those wanting the improvements. To summarize, as the owner of Executive Homes, I am in full support of the project and urge you to support the development of Jackson’s Grant Village. Thanks. Pete Gray Owner Executive Homes 1
