Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Hi Joe, My name is Hiba Alalami, and I'm a resident at Jackson's Grant (12207 Frenzel Pkwy), and I'm writing you today to urge you and other Plan Commission members to keep the zoning of the parcel of land, located in the south corner of Spring Mill Rd and 116th, as low density. If the zoning changes to a commercial or high density, I'm afraid the new project will attract high traffic, noise and crime to the neighborhood. As a homeowner, I have invested in my house, knowing that Mayor Brainard has promised West Carmel residents no commercial buildings west of Spring Mill Rd. With the lack of transparency from Republic throughout the process, we feel our investment is at risk and we hope City of Carmel will protect it for us. Please keep the zoning as low density, non-commercial. Thank you, Hiba Alalami 1
