Dear Mr. Shestak:
As a 20 year homeowner in Williams Mill, we have watched way too much commercial development in our
neighborhood. The Bridges turned into nothing like the original proposals and now it seems the Jackson's Grant
amendment proposal is pushing for more commercial and high density residential development.
The area of 116th and Spring Mill Road does not need nor can it support this new request for additional
commercial expansion. We are very much against this proposal and request the Council vote to defeat this
change.
Please forward these comments to Plan Commission members.
