Signage is not a detriment to publish health and safety and
the proposed sign conforms with the City of Carmel
standards.
The proposed sign is located on and benefits the adjacent property. The
surrounding businesses will not be negatively affected
because the proposed sign conforms to the City standards.
Due to the landlocked nature of the site and it's use as a
licensed hospital, lack of signage will impare the public
and emergency personnel from finding the facility.

The location of the sign takes into account the surrounding
existing improvements and allows proper visibility for
vehicular access to City Center from the private drive.
The proposed sign is located on and benefits the adjacent property. The
surrounding businesses will not be negatively affected
because the proposed sign conforms to the City standards.
Due to the landlocked nature of the site and it's use as a licensed hospital,
lack of signage will impare the public adn emergency personnel from finding
the facility. There is no practical way to locate the signage on the site in conformance with the 5' ROW buffer.
