I am providing comments(per request in enclosed mailing)about the requested 3 story storage building to replace
existing one story structures located directly north behind my house.
I am opposed to this request.
I purchased this property 16 years ago and have enjoyed a beautiful view of the skyline, fireworks on 4th of July and
privacy for my main living space- master bedroom, living room, dining, and family room which are all at the back of the
house facing the requested structure. I planted trees to help provide additional privacy for the one story structure we
currently have and it's working. There are no plants that will hide a 3 story building or what appears to be windows that
will be facing and adjacent to my property.
My concern is not only the view and privacy but what it will do to my property value. This new structure will
compromise the beauty of our neighborhood and specifically all houses backing up to the storage facility. We will lose a
beautiful view of the sky and skyline.
I moved here to escape the view of buildings, and in this case what will be glaring industry in a residential area. My hope
is that the owner will find a less residential area to erect such a large/tall facility.
Thank you for your consideration,

• The Fairgreen Trace HOA board (or members)do not represent the views of this neighborhood or its residents.
• Lawyers and a board member(from Fairgreen Trace) have been impeding and sabotaging the process by
repeatedly providing false information to the Fairgreen Trace residents about the project and proposed property
changes.A concern is surfacing around process fairness and possible conflict of interest for parties involved with
the planned building and this neighborhood.
• Insufficient time was allowed for residents out of town to respond.
