I discussed this with Randy, and we agree that Wetland B qualifies as an incidental feature. I’ll start working on the
WOSD. Are you also requesting an exemption for Wetland A – I believe that was part of our discussion, but just wanted
to clarify.

Amari – I hope all is well. V3 has assembled the information that we discussed during out site visit last week. We have
included a short narrative, Approved JD, historical and existing contours, NHD map and historical aerials obtained from
the Hamilton County GIS website. Based on the available information, it appears that the area delineated as Wetland B
could be considered an incidental feature created on agricultural ground 327 IAC 17‐1‐3(7)(B)(iii), due to the land
development to the north.
Please let us know if you need any additional information to assist in your determination of the incidental feature.
