RE: Woodside at West Clay Lot #33 Developer and ACC Approval of Plans
Dear Lauren,
Thank you for your email dated January 30th in which you provided for our review the plot plan,
landscape design, elevations, and exterior selections worksheet for your planned home on lot #33
at Woodside at West Clay. Upon review the home looks very well designed and we are pleased
with the aesthetic it maintains for the neighborhood. We do want to make certain that the rear
yard plantings meet the requirements established by the approved PUD as well as the approved
landscape plan. In addition, we want to verify your compliance with the architectural standards
within the PUD. The City will do their own review for compliance when a building permit is
sought but we want to make certain that there are no issues that will be raised after construction
of the home is complete. That being said, we hereby grant you an approval of the plans and
specifications provided for your planned home on lot #33 conditioned upon full compliance with
the architectural and landscape standards of the Woodside at West Clay PUD. Please let me
know if you need anything else from us and we look forward to working with you on the creation
of a successful community.
