The applicant seeks secondary plat and construction plan approvals for 75 lots on 9.99 acres. The site is located
at Larson Dr. & Antiquity Dr., north and east of 14220 Larson Dr. It is zoned Legacy PUD/Planned Unit
Development. Filed by Brian Robinson of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc. on behalf of Falcon Nest II,
LLC.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee; however, the petitioner should
work with each TAC Member individually to distribute plans and get all review comments addressed
(please note that not all TAC Members use ProjectDox, and their plan receipt preferences are listed on the
TAC Members list online).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the
BPW (Board of Public Works & Safety). Please work with Caleb Warner in the City Engineering Dept. to get on a
BPW meeting agenda, which has a filing deadline. His number is 317-571-2441, and his email address is
cwarner@carmel.in.gov.
4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director’s approval (signature on the final plat). Checks can be made out
to The City of Carmel.
5. Please refer to the Secondary Plat application/checklist for more detail.
6. Review comments from the Planning/Zoning Dept. will be issued via ProjectDox, our electronic plan
review software.
