The shed will be built by Five Star Barns of Indianapolis (located at 9005 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). The floor plans and building specifications are provided by the builder. Shed Placement on Lot The shed will be located in the northwestern corner of the property. Specifically the shed will be placed 15 feet from the northern property line and 11 feet from the western property line. This location does not interfere with any property easements, and is in accordance with HOA covenants. Shed Description Total square footage: 192 sq/ft Width: 12 feet Length: 16 feet Height: 13 feet Sidewalls: 7 feet There will be no electricity in the shed. There will be no plumbing in the shed. The shed is built on skids, which will be placed on a gravel pad/area. HOA Approval I have provided an email from the Crooked Stick West HOA president, George Bradford, who provides approval of the project/shed.
