Rear setback of 11' is within the 12' utility and drainage
easement. Must be setback at least 15' from the rear
property line. Additionally, please provide the following
area measurements in square feet: lot, driveway,
walkway, garage, porches/patios, and first floor of the
home.
I have uploaded a revised general notes document
(GN010.1) that reflects these changes/new information.
I could not determine how to delete the original general
notes files. I have revised the shed location; it will now
be located 15' from the rear/north property line. Square-
foot dimensions are below: Lot: 26,880 sq/ft Driveway:
2.053 sq/ft Walkway (front sidewalk): 225 sq/ft Garage:
528 sq/ft Front porch/stoop: 60 sq/ft Rear patio: 120
sq/ft First level of home: 1,820 sq/ft

Will any equipment the size of a bobcat, mini excavator,
or larger be used for this project? If so, we will require a
right-of-way permit and $5,000 license and permit bond.

No - there will be no equipment used for this project.
Building materials will be brought in a a truck in the
driveway and carried back to the location.
