I’m sorry if you feel that way. I don’t recall the $6,000 ever including the sidewalk contribution but that might not have
been clearly communicated by us so I apologize for any confusion. The $6,000 contribution is only for lots that exceed
allowable lot coverage or disturb 0.25 acres or more and do not want to provide detention on the lot. In regards to the
sidewalk contribution, if there is not plans for a sidewalk project along the frontage of the lot being constructed on,
we will just require an estimate for installing sidewalk per the City’s standard drawing, 10‐18. To my knowledge, there
is no planned improvements so only the sidewalk will need to be included in this estimate. If you provide me with the
lots frontage, I can check with my inspectors to see if $1,856 is an acceptable amount.
