Alex / David:
Items #1 thru #11 addressed.
Additional comments:
5) The amount of disturbed area is intentionally kept low, as they are trying to preserve the old trees on the lot as much
as possible, and disturbing/regrading the ground around the trees could contribute to their demise. However, once you
factor in all the disturbed ground required for new utility connections, we’re over the 0.25 acres. I estimate if they keep
it confined as much as possible to match existing plus utility connections that they are around 0.26 maybe 0.27
acres. The entire lot is 0.45 acres, so this isn’t too unreasonable an expectation.
We have lots of green space and old vegetation, plus the new pathway and storm sewer installation in front yard (new
drainage), in lieu of any detention which could affect the greenspace and trees, I’d suggest a contribution to the
drainage project. Please provide a $ amount for Wedgewood for their contribution to the project.
10) You’re putting in this nice roadside swale that drains to a nearby new beehive, looks very inviting for my downspout
outlet. Please advise if you’d prefer a different outlet.
Most Sincerely,
Troy
