We are propo�ing to pour a 750 SF outdoor patia on the back o# our home. See attached plot �lans far
layaut. The patio wifl be stamped and stained concrete(see attached sample phota). 7he stain color is a
51ate grey. There will be r�o landscaping fiar the moment around the patio. Grass will lead right up to the
edge of the patio.
Qn the patia will �be two structures. Please see the attached elevation views. One structure will be the
outdoor covered grilling area. This area will be S' x 7' wide and 8' tall w+th a gable style roof. lt will be
constructed wifh 6x5 cedar posts stained redwood in color and ceda� rafters also stained. TF�e roof will
b� Owens Corr�ing Driftwood architectural shingles.
Also on the pati^o will be an outdoor living area. Please see th� at�ached elevation views. This area will
be 1�'x12' wide and also S' tall with a gable style roof. I� also will be constructed with 6x6 cedar pfl$ts
stained red`wocid in color and cedar rafters also stained. The roof will also be Owens Corning Driftwoad
architectural shingles. On the south and west facing sides of the outdoor living space will be a woven
wall made ofi 1x6 cedar de�king baards. �
