CONCENTRATED LOAD OF 6,000 POUNDS IN ACCORDANCE W ITH SECTION 4.5.3 OF ASCE ]. THE
DERECTION OF THE BARRIER CABLE SYSTEM SHALL NOT EXCEED i 81NCHES. THE SYSTEM SHALL
BE DESIGNED BY, AND THE SHOP DRAW INGS AND CALCULATIONS SHALL BEAR THE SEAL AND

- STRESSING PROCEDURES AND JACKING FORCES TO RESULT IN THE FINAL EFFECTIVE
FORCES.
4. THEINSTALLATIONSHALLBEPERFORMEDUNDERTHEDIRECTSUPERVISIONOFAPTICERTIFIED
INSTALLER OR QUALIFlED TECHNICIAN W ITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND 15
PROJECTS OF SIMILAR SIZE AND SCOPE.
