South bound only 7 Majority of folks attending this meeting were NOT in favor of this development plan. Surface level parking + 150 Senior living rental units + 95 townhomes + 12 duplexes + 6 live/work studios. May 30, 2019 Focus Group meeting #2 Surface level parking lot for 150 senior living rental units Residential high density w/Townhomes + Single Family Homes + commercial units Ø 97 Townhomes Larger footprint in blue in slide above (3 stories tall), Smaller footprint in orange (2-3 stories tall) Ø 13 Single family homes White color in slide above, with water overflow basin in between the homes Ø Traffic access into and out of JG via Otto Lane and via 116th street 9 Mixed reaction to this plan to add commercial units with certain restrictions & guarantees promised. August 15, 2019 Focus Group meeting #3 After 3+ hour meeting a show of hands raised with approx. 12 folks in favor of adding some commercial units with restrictions (many attendees had left the meeting by then). Republic controls HOA, and CCR (Covenants) in JG, they can revise restrictions and what is allowed in the future. Option to reduce some of the townhomes along Spring Mill Rd. and replace with commercial units 10 White area in rendering is 13 single family homes low density Blue and orange area in rendering is 97 high density townhomes 3 stories tall Republic has consistently presented limited options with only high density + commercial units included. September 11, 2019 Focus Group meeting #4 Residential high density w/Townhomes + Single Family Homes + Commercial units proposed but not shown No options have been presented for only low or medium density single family homes to align with current zoning. This meeting was a review of the most recent proposal. A vote was not taken to support commercial units as several attendees spoke against adding commercial units and high density townhomes. Otto Lane is to be opened up and allow pass thru traffic in and out of JG Alternate Development Plan 14
