After all framing is completed all old framing will be painted to with home owner selected shellac. Per HO specifications. Interior of home will replaced per interior product specifications listed below. Exterior will receive new windows, exterior doors, siding, and new roofing. Per product specifications listed below. Exterior will be repainted per attached specification Price includes working drawings for construction. Only the areas listed at the source of the fire will be replaced. If further fire damage is revealed after removal of all debris, floor covering and wall covering is removed an estimate will be provided. Bearing wall between existing laundry room wall and study will be moved forward to stack on basement bearing wall. New 2x10 joist on second floor will be added. Second floor will be extended over exsiting first floor dining room. Approximately 15'-8" x 6'-0". Per attached floor plan. First floor kitchen area, second floor bath areas and basement layout will be modified per attached floor plans New flat roof porch will be built over exsiting front stoop. Home Owner will provide home owners insurance during construction. Provide under slap plumbing for future wet bar in basement City of Carmel building permit is included. RL Hahn will assist Homeowner and meet with them at all suppliers show rooms to make selections. Utilities paid by Home owner during construction RL Hahn will provide labor and material noted on specifications to restore home located on Home Owners property at 3265 Eden Hollow Pl, Carmel, IN 46033 All belongs, drywall, flooring, wiring, ductwork insulation and plumbing items will be removed from site by others. Fire damaged floor joist & decking over mech room will be replaced with new 2x10 joist & 3/4" osb Proposal of Construction Agreement Exsiting fascia and overhangs will remain Page 1 of 1
