Subject: Proscenium Blade Sign Variance - Department Report
Angie,
I hope all is well. It seems like last week was a crazy busy week for everyone! Below are the dimensions of the proposed
Blade sign.
Spandrel Panel dimensions: 47.19” wide x 418.06” tall
Sign dimensions: 30” deep (63.57%) x 240” tall (57.40%) x 6.19’ from façade (5’ maximum permitted)
Sign Area dimensions: 55.18” wide x 240” tall = 91.96 sq. ft.
The variance only needs to cover the exposed light source and greater distance from the façade than permitted. Both
are already listed with the New Docket Assignment email.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you,

Timothy,
I hope all is well. Attached is a document titled Spandrel Panel. There is an area outlined in a red. Can you please provide
the height and width dimensions of this area to me. This determines sign size.
If the sign exceeds the size limitations the variance that has been applied for will cover this. There is no need to worry
about any negative implications. I just need to know these dimensions so the BZA is made aware in the Department
Report. This dimension is also needed when the Sign Permit Application is applied for.
Thank you,
