Let me see if I can help get you what you need. On the house location, I doubled checked via Hamilton county GIS and the house is in fact right at 30' from the south property line. For the pool itself, I left it 10' to that property line, as that was the previous requirement I've dealt with in the neighborhood. I'm going to superimpose the design on the site plan, which is at 1"=20' scale. Please let me know if this works for you and if you have any questions.
