Project Summary
5958 Garden Gate Way, Carmel, IN 46033
• Current home was struck by lightning and destroyed by fire.
• Home has been demolished down to the basement foundation. Basement,
crawlspace, driveway, sidewalks, patios, and complete landscaping (fully sodded
yard) has been left in place.
• Basement has been inspected by Structural Engineer (Schwarz Engineering
Group) for integrity to build on. His recommendations include repairs of minor
cracks found, and work is being completed by Crossroads Foundation Repair
Company. Please let us know the best way to send you the full Engineer ’s report
(it is lengthy) and the work performed by Crossroads
• Homes by CM Watson is going to rebuild the overall same floorplan that was
there, with minor cosmetic changes to the exterior (painted brick, board & batten
siding vs previous lap siding) and a new kitchen and master bath layout.
• There will not be any changes to the existing footprint of the home
• All construction will comply with 2020 Indiana Residential Code
