¾” OSB tongue and groove sub floor nailed and glued.
Housewrap protective barrier.
LP SmartSiding® siding, or equivalent
LP SmartTrim and SmartSoffit used for exterior trim.
ROOF
Trusses placed 24” on center.
7/16” OSB sheathing for all roofs.
30-lb roofing paper.
Step flashing as required.
30-year Owens Corning dimensional shingles.
