HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING OFFICER Docket No. PZ-2020-00056 V Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on May, 26 th, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, will hold a Virtual Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to: allow for a traffic directional sign at the Ascension St. Vincent Heart Hospital that is 4’ tall and 5 square feet in area. The ordinance allows for directional signs to be 3’ tall and 3 sq. ft. in area. For property being known as (address): 10580 N. Meridian Street. The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: Tax ID No. 16-13-11-00-00-036.015 The petition may be examined on the City’s website, through Public Documents - Laser Fiche. This will be a virtual meeting based at Carmel City Hall. It is recommended that persons wishing to view this meeting do so online via the City's website or on Carmel TV. However, a limited number of persons (no more than 10) shall be permitted to enter City Hall and watch the meeting on screens in the Council Chamber. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application are encouraged to submit written comments, up to 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting, via email to Joe Shestak administrative assistant: jshestak@carmel.in.gov.
