Project Description
Master planned as a traditional neighborhood development, North End is a dense,
walkable, and urban community on the Monon Trail and a few short blocks away from
Carmel’s urban core. Covering over 28 acres, North End includes many quality of life
amenities: variety of housing typologies, a state-of-the-art amenity center, walking
trails, community garden, and a farm-to-table restaurant. It embraces environmental
considerations by incorporating pieces crafted from the site’s raw materials and
landscaping with natives.

luxury condominiums [PURPLE]
mixed-income apartments [BLUE]
office space [RED]
Community Amenity Center [ORANGE]
•Old Town plans to start construction in 4th quarter 2020.
•The State of Indiana has awarded Old Town 9% tax credits to support a mixed-
income multifamily apartment community that will include adults with intellectual
and developmental disabilities (IDD). Old Town is partnering with the Village of
Merici on this exciting project.
