Review CommentsRevisions As discussed in my email on 1/9/2020, 5/18/20
Requestedthis project will need to provide detention
or contribute $6,000 to the City's non-
reverting thoroughfare fund. If a
contribution will be made, please have a
check made out the City of Carmel
delivered to the Engineering Department.
If any work will be completed on the site
with this lot split, we will also need a
right-of-way permit application and
$5,000 license and permit bond
submitted to our office. Once plans for a
home on the created lot are submitted,
we will once again review and provide
further comments.
