There is insufficient clear floor space measuring 30" x 48" inside the room as the room door is being closed behind the user upon entering the room. Remedy: Relocate the room entry door as indicated on attached drawing or re-hand the door so it swings into the common corridor. Pedestrian walkway door at residential level 1 2. The aluminum storefront entry door marked "30H" is installed incorrectly. The pull side of the door swing in the open position should be adjacent to the east wall on the exterior side of the building. Remedy: Replace and re-hand the door to swing in the proper direction of egress as indicated on the Architect's drawings. Dwelling unit entry doors 3. There is a unified door knocker/peepsite mounted on the common area side of each dwelling unit door, and located 57 %4' above the finish floor. If it is to be considered that the door knocker is an "operable part" as defined in ICC ANSI A117.1 2009, then the door knocker exceeds the maximum reach range of 48" AFF. Remedy: ? Clubroom 4. The kitchen area island including the sink has a countertop surface measuring +36" AFF. The island countertop should be set at a height of +34" AFF as noted on the Architect's drawings. Remed : Lower the countertop of the island from +36" to +34" AFF. 5. The sink drain/waste piping located in the island is missing protection wrapping at the exposed to view piping below the countertop. Remed : Install protection wrap at the exposed piping.
