I see that you submitted another variance application the other day via the public portal, with a docket number created
ending in 00073. However, you did not need to do that. We will be using your current existing docket no., ending in
00055.
Also, please note that the June 22 BZA Hearing Officer meeting start time will probably be 5:30pm. Thanks,

Thanks for letting me know. We will adjust the BZA Hearing Officer meeting agenda accordingly to show this item as
tabled to the June 22 BZA Hearing Officer Meeting.
If she wants to move forward with the variance in June, here are the new dates and deadlines:

filing deadline 5/25/2020 Mon. by Noon
public notice deadline for mailings/sign posting 6/12/2020 Fri, by 5pm
deadline for legal ad to be sent to The Current (so that it prints on 6/2/2020 Tues., by Noon
6/9)
fees/packets due, agenda released 6/12/2020 Fri., by Noon
dept. report issued, proof notice due 6/17/2020 Wed., by Noon
BZA Hearing Officer meeting 6/22/2020 Mon. @ 430/5/515 PM, TBD
