Association Management, Inc. is the managing agent for Shelborne Greene Community Association, Inc.
("Association"), We are writing today regarding your Architectural Change Requcst.
We are pleased to inform you that your request, dated December 30, 2019, to install a fence in the back
yard, has been approved by the Board of Directors with the following stipulations:
The homeowner and/or the contractor is responsible for obtaining the proper fence permit
necessary for this project, the fence permit application can be located at
http //www carmel in gov/department-services/community-services-planning-and-zoning-
/building-code-services/fence-permit-application; a separate permit may be required from the
City of Carmel and/or Hamilton County regarding drainage easements if you want to erect a
fence within them;
The homeowner and/or the contractor is responsible for contacting the utility locating service
prior to any digging that may be necessary, if applicable;
The approved fence is a 4' black wrought iron style.
