Report that will be released this Thursday. Listed below are the outstanding comments we need addressed, please:  One item that you have not addressed is bicycle parking. Please provide a statement\\, as well as an exhibit, on how much bicycle parking you will provide and where it will be provided on the site. Please refer to UDO section 5.29 for the bicycle parking standards. 1  Another topic we need clarified is signage. What is the plan for signage? Are you going to comply with the sign ordinance and just seek sign permits? (This can also be taken care of at a later date, if this aspect of the project has not yet been discussed; we just need to know the plan.)  Provide a copy of the Official List of Adjacent Property Owners from the Hamilton County Auditor’s Office. (Make sure to check ‘Carmel BZA’ on their form.)  The mailings/notices to the neighbors should be done by first class mail with Certificate of Mailing (not Certified Mail). (Please provide us with the certificate of mailings for the file on or before Thursday May 21.)  Please provide the filled out Notice of the Public Hearing form/template.
