Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T May 18, 2020 Jon Dobosiewicz Nelson & Frankenberger, LLC 550 Congressional Blvd #210 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2020-00034 V: Clay Corner Lot Cover Variances Dear Mr. Dobosiewicz: At the virtual meeting held on Friday, May 15, 2020 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the properties located at 1551 and 1547 Jensen Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-00034 V, Development Standards Variance approval for maximum 50% lot coverage allowed, 60% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 15, 2023. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
