I just submitted the adjacent property owners official list request online. Thank you.  Provide a copy of the Official List of Adjacent Property Owners from the Hamilton County Auditor’s Office. (Make sure to check ‘Carmel BZA’ on their form.)  Since you went door to door to deliver the notice of public hearing to the neighbors, we need something that shows the actual signatures of the neighbors that have signed off on receiving your public notice, other than the Petitioner’s Affidavit of Notice of Public Hearing form we already have, which only has hand written names on it. (An email from each neighbor would work, as well.)  Please provide the Publisher’s Affidavit from the Current in Carmel newspaper.
