Dear Mr. & Mrs. Malone:
At the virtual meeting held Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at
210 1st Ave SE:
APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. PZ-2020-00003 SE - Malone Short Term Residential
Rental.
• The Petitioner will install pavers or pavement along the north side of the property, for off-street
parking.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is May 26, 2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
