MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUCTWORK, SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR AND THERMOSTATS. COORDINATE ALL ELEMENTS OF THE HVAC SYSTEM TO PROVIDE A COMPLETELY BALANCED AND EFFICIENT HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM. 15. VERIFY AND REWORK EXISTING DUCTWORK AND THERMOSTATS AS REQUIRED. 16. MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY WORKING CONDITION OF ALL EXITING THERMOSTATS, EXHAUST FANS, AND ANY OTHER DEVICE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE HVAC SYSTEM.
