THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE DESIGNER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE CODES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 2. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE ALL SPECIAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS AS INDICATED ON DRAWINGS OR AS REQUIRED BY TENANT. VERIFY ACTUAL REQUIREMENTS WITH DESIGNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 3. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS FOR MILLWORK AND CABINETRY WITH CONTRACTOR AS NECESSARY. 4. SWITCH PLATES, MONUMENTS, AND ELECTRICAL COVER PLATES SHALL BE BUILDING STANDARD COLOR. 5. ALL DIMENSIONS SHOW ARE TO CENTERLINE OF OUTLETS OR GROUP OF OUTLETS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 6. DO NOT LOCATE BOXES BACK TO BACK WITHIN PARTITIONS. STAGGER AS REQUIRE TO MINIMIZE SOUND TRANSMISSION. 7. ADJACENT OUTLETS SHALL BE GANGED WHEN POSSIBLE. IF THEY CANNOT BE GANGED, THEY SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH A MIN. DISTANCE BETWEEN UNITS. 8. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY WORKING CONDITION OF ALL SWITCHES, LIGHT FIXTURES, BALLASTS, EXIT AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND OUTLETS, REPLACE IF NECESSARY. 9. DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS; ALL DIMENSIONS GIVEN ARE TO BE ADHERED TO, UNLESS FIELD CONDITIONS DEEM OTHERWISE. ANY CONFLICTS THAT MAY EXIST WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION MUST BE REVIEWED BY DESIGNER PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OR WORK. DO NOT CIRCUMVENT DIMENSIONS BY ATTACHED RECEPTACLES TO NEAREST STUD. 10. THESE ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS REFLECT LOCATIONS ONLY. CONSULT WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR FOR FURTHER TECHNICAL INFORMATION. 11. ELECTRICAL/DATA OUTLET LOCATION TO BE VERIFIED WITH OWNER PRIOR TO ROUGH-IN. 12. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND CONTRACTORS SERVICES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF SYSTEMS REQUIRED IN FULL CONFORMITY WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND ORDINANCES. THE FINISHED JOB SHALL BE FUNCTIONAL AND COMPLETE IN EVERY DETAIL INCLUDING ANY AND ALL SUCH ITEMS FOR A COMPLETE SYSTEM. 13. ALL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL CODES, ORDINANCES, UTILITY COMPANY REGULATIONS AND NATIONALLY ACCEPTED CODES AND STANDARDS. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WILL BEAR ALL COSTS ARISING IN CORRECTING ANY NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICABLE CODES. 14.
