Good evening,
We wanted to make our voice heard on the issue of mixed use space. First, we love Jackson’s
Grant and are currently residents at 1163 Frenzel Parkway. We love all the things this
neighborhood has to offer, and only believe that commercial mixed use space will add value to
our neighborhood.
With three small children we absolutely love the idea of walking to local neighborhood shops. We
support the current plan for the Jackson's Grant Village, and believe it would be an attractive
addition and only enhance an already great neighborhood. We want to fully support mixed use
Commercial Space and hope that the Plan Commission and City Council do the same.
