GENERAL NOTES:
1. ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH CURRENT MECHANICAL CODE.
2 CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH ALL TRADES TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN
SYSTEMS WITH CLEARANCE FOR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE.
3. REPORT DISCREPANCIES BERNEEN DRAWINGS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS TO
ENGMEER PRIOR TO FABRICATING ANY DUCTWORK, PIPMG, OR MECHAMCAL
ASSEMBLIES.
4. PROPERLY SUSPEND ALL EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, DEVICES,
TRANSFER DUCTS, EfC FROM STRUCTURE.
5. BUILDING IS TO REMAIN OCCUPIED AND FUNCTIONAL THROUGHOUT
CONSTRUCTION PERIOD. COORDINATE ALL DISRUPTIONS IN WORKING
ARFAS WITH OWNER'S DESIGNATED REPRESENTATNE PRIOR TO
COMMENCING. OFF HOURS WORK MAY BE RE�UIRED W SOME INSTANCES.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW ALL OF THE OWNER'S SAFETY PROTOCOLS
AND GUIDELMES.
7. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE ALL SYSTEM SHUTDOWNS
WITH OWNER MINIMUM 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR.
8. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUTfMG AND PATCHMG OF
FLOORS, WALLS, AND CEILINGS. PATCH ALL ARFAS WHERE DEVICES
OR SERVICES HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND ANY NEW OPENWGS TO MATCH
EXISTING SURFACES AND AS REQUIRED TO ACCEPT NEW FlNISH.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL TOOLS, MATERIALS, AN� EQUIPMENT
NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT USE
OWNER"S E�UIPMENT OR TOOLS MCWDING LADDERS OR SCAFFOLDS.
CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE STORAGE, LAYDOWN AREAS, AND WORKING
ARFAS WITH OWNER'S DESIGNATED REPRESENTATNE TO AVOID IMPEDING
THE OWNER'S WORK.
10. NEW EQUIPMENT SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILIiV OF THE CONTRACTOR
UNTIL SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAW EQUIPMENT
IN GOOD WORKING ORDER THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. FlLTERS,
STRAMERS, ETC SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR
DURING THIS PERIOD. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO OWNER IN
CLEAN, FULLY FUNCTIONAL CONDITION WITH NEW OR CLEANE� RLTERS.
ATTIC STOCK MATERIALS, INCLUDING FlLTERS, TO BE PROVIDE� TO OWNER
AT PROJECT TURNOVER.
