We are excited about the opportunity to be able to walk or bike to businesses like a local coffee shop, fitness studio, gallery or retail store using the pathways. We trust in the architectural and signage standards of both the developer and Carmel and know it would be an attractive addition to the neighborhood. We made the transition from Meridian-Kessler to Jackson’s Grant a year and a half ago and have loved it! I’ve worked in downtown Carmel at the Indiana Design Center for the last 10 years and continue to be impressed by the city planning and development partnerships that have transformed the Arts & Design District and Midtown areas around the center. The presence of mixed-use developments with residential living has created a vibrant downtown community and wonderful place to live, work and play. We greatly appreciate the consideration of the Plan Commission and City Council of our position. Sincerely, Andrea & Matt Kleymeyer Andrea Kleymeyer Indiana Design Center | Executive Director 200 S.
