I have attached a site drawing of my proposed additions. Can you let me know if this is going to be allowed or if I need a variance for

property at 2047 E. 110 Street is zoned S-2. The S-2 zoning district standards can be found on pages 36-37 in the
Carmel Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

setbacks and lot coverage to aconn@carmel.in.gov Please include any site plans or drawings that will help Angie with
