Lot Numbered 77 in Newark Village Revised, as per plat thereof, which is
recorded as Deed Record 129, Page 549, in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana. DEDICATION

State of Indiana, do hereby certify that the attached plat and survey of
"Replat of Lot 77, Newark Village Revised", situated in the City of Carmel,
Indiana, is based on a survey prepared by True North Surveying, recorded as
Instrument #
That all monument shown hereon will exist and that the location, size, type
and material are accurately shown.
Said Plat consists of (2) lots, numbered #77A and #77B, the location and
dimensions of the lot, streets and easements are shown on the plat, all
dimensions are shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.

The undersigned, owner(s) of the real estate shown and described on the plat hereon, do hereby layoff,
plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with the hereon plat.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as "Replat of Lot 77, Newark Village Revised", an addition
to the City of Carmel, Indiana.
Front and side yard building setback lines are hereby established as shown on this plat, between which
lines and the property lines of the street, there shall be erected or maintained no building or structure.
There are
strips of
ground, with the
width called for on the attached plat and marked as "Easement",
which was
reserved
for public utility
companies (not including transportation companies) for the
installation
of poles,
lines, ducts, gas
and water lines, laterals, and sewers, these are strips of ground
reserved for surface
water drainage purposes, no permanent or other structures are to be erected upon
said strip,
but such
owners shall take their title subject to the rights of public utilities, all such utility
installation
shall be
made so that no
property line or property corner be obstructed.
