Can you please include it? Follow Up Flag:Follow up Flag Status:Completed **** This is an EXTERNAL email. Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** This is my response to the last meeting (third). I would like to reiterate my feelings about the proposed rezoning and development. I am objecting to rezoning and building 15 townhomes. I feel like I need to reiterate this because my voice is not heard. I am not allowed to speak, only to write, and no one gave any consideration to how I feel about this. I live in the closest house next to the proposed lot. My concerns are: noise, traffic, light pollution and an out of touch look. This is not what I planned when I moved here. There is no other similar place for me to consider in the same location, lot size, style and affordability. Please leave some diversity and inclusion in Carmel. This time is my neighborhood and next it will be the others. I am sure a one fit all solution will not be in the best interest for Carmel. We need to have a diverse style, population, price range. Thank you for listening. Possible to reduce the number of townhomes, add more green area? How about helping me with better separation from all this, reducing light pollution and roads close to my house? What about work hours and noise? Thank you, Natali On Mon, Jun 15, 2020 at 12:37 AM Natali Teszler <teszlern@gmail.com> wrote: This is my response to the last meeting (third).
