Evaluation reporLs must be made available to ihe inspecting authorily within 48 haurs af o request. 15. Ofi-site soil dlsposal must be a part of the SWPPP. It Is the responsibility of lhe project site owner to ensure that off-site soil disposal areas are effeclively Uealea lo minimize erosion and sedlmentotion. 16. Any part of the reviewed SWPPP that deals directly with erosion and sediment wn�ml speci(ications, recommendations or requirements not found on the plon drawing set (such as the SWPPP narmCive), must 6e provided to the on-site pereon responsihle (or SWPPP compliance.
