The completed project shall present a workmanllke appearance and conform to the line, grade and cross section of the project plans. All trees, stumps, brush and similar materials are to be removed fram the site or disposed of in such a way as to have the least detrimental effect on the environment. Veqetative Establishment Vegetation will be established on all disturbed areas. Disturbed areas are to be seeded as soon as possible and as described in the construction sequence on ��11$ S�lE2�. Maintenance AIl seeded lawns shall be maintained for 60 days following final inspection by landscape architect after written request (ram lhe conlractor. Mainlenance to include walering, weeding, cultiwting, mulching, mowing ond all other necessary operotions required for proper establishment of Iawns. Seedina Topsoil shall be de-wmpacted to a depth of 6 inches and prepared in order to ensure a sufficient planting medium. Select a seed mixture based on the spe<ifimtlons far permanent seed.
