At the virtual meeting held Monday, June 22, 2020, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at
4217 W. 131st Street:
APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2020-00017 SE - Schneider Short Term Residential Rental.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is June 22, 2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
