Hello Craig, thank you for reaching out via email about the project. We held the monthly Board meeting yesterday
evening and I mentioned the project to the Board and that we had received your email so I was able to share this
information with the Board. The Woodlands HOA does not have an architectural review committee, hence no approval is
needed. There are no questions and the Board does not need any additional information. I did contact Susan Sutton and
just asked that she and Jonathan talk with their neighbors to let them know about the project so that the neighbors are
aware and would not be surprised.
It is nice to know about planned projects. Thanks again for reaching out.

Good morning,
Please find attached the proposed drawings for a room addition for the Jonathan Bricker & Susan Sutton residence,
10923 Braewick Drive. The homeowner provided us with these 2 email addresses for submission to the HOA on their
behalf. The project is also being permitted through the City of Carmel, with both the Engineering Department for the
Right-of-Way Permit, and the Building & Code Services Department for the building permit. Please let me know if you
have any questions or need any additional information for HOA review and approval.
Thanks in advance for your assistance,
