PLEASE NO�E; Installation of building sewer shalf be per the specificatians of tf�e TriCo Regional Sewer Utility (see
re�erse} and any conditions notec# below. All installations shall be inspected by TriCo personnel during "open trench"
phase and before backfilling with stor�e to twel�e inche5 abo�e the pipe. NO footing or foundation drains, pr other
sources of ground or stormwater, shaff be permitted to enter TriCo's sanitary sewer system. TriCo will assume no
liability for drains which are below the grade le�el of the nearest downstream manhole nor for iaterals which are
extended beneath driveways or sidewalks. ihe permit holder {properiy owner, develop�r or builder) will be
responsible for damages to TriCo's sewer system. This includes darnages ta manholes, castings, manho[e lids and
the like; caused by constructior� activity on the building site which is the subject of this permit.
Inspections by TriCo are MANDATORY and shall be arranged �y contacting �riCo's office at 844-9200 24 hours in
advance. All new construction will be placed on billing two months after conneciion has been made or when water is
connected, w�iche�er comes first.

� This pragram requires priar to the sale/occupance of a property tha# the property ownerlbuilder notify TriCo and
schedule an inspeckion. The ins�ection wifl verify that:
■ Downspouts are not connected to the sanitary sewer
� The sump pump is not connected to the sanitary sewer
■ Cleanout caps are in place and watertight
■ No yard drains are connected to t�e sanitary sewer
■ There are no sinkhofes or other indications that the sewer lateral is leaking
■ 5 Ton ar greater HVAC units do not dishcarge candenstion to the sanitary sewer.
'� If deficiencies are found, the property owner will be notifed and must make corrections imrr►edietely. The property
owner wilf need to schedule a follow up inspection. If a certificate of campliar�ce is not issued wifhin 30 days of the
change in ownership, a sewer surcharge of $20 per month wil[ be assessed and added to the sewer bill.
