Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Mr. Shestak, My husband and I live in the Village of West Clay, recent transitioning from Wisconsin. We were unaware, until recently, that a gas station will be coming to our neighborhood. In fact, we live in the Urban Townhomes on Congress Street, so the proposed gas station would literally be 2 blocks from our house. I'll tell you right now, that if that happens, we'll move immediately. My husband works in Appleton, WI and we have a son that lives in Zionsville. We loved the concept of the Village and the Townhomes, but we'd hightail it to Zionsville in a heartbeat, if this were to happen. Why? Biggest reason is toxic emissions. Close second is unwanted foot/car traffic, and 3rd is devaluation of our home. We haven't lived there long enough to get equity out of it, but the health of my family and safety of my family comes first. You need to reconsider this project, or you will have a lot of angry people from the Village sending you letters such as this. Regards, Jenifer Richart 2586 Congress St. 1
