Mr. Shestak,
I am writing to express concern on behalf of me and my family about plans to develop a fuel station within the Village of
West Clay.
We DO NOT support this development and can tell you that we were not aware that this was part of a longer term plan.
We’ve lived in the community since 2011 and throughout that time, “the plan” has deviated a few times because
economic conditions didn’t support the original vision.
Fortunately, those changes didn’t negatively impact the health and well being of our community. I am speaking
specifically to exceptions where production builders were allowed to build on lots where custom homes were intended
to be.
Assuming the fuel station was part of a long term plan, it begs the question as to why it would be placed so close to
children (Primrose school) and many compromised elderly (Stratford) citizens of Hamilton County.
Thank you for your time.
