RANGELINE ROAD 1,228 SQUARE FEET DEMOLITION PLAN NOTES Refer to supplemental drawing DP1 for items to be removed. DP1. Remove full height walls shown as dashed. DP2. Remove electrical and data outlets, including wiring back to the nearest junction box. DP3. Remove painted wood door and hollow metal frame. Save for Work Room. DP4. Remove light fixtures shown as dashed and cap wiring. Save for reuse. CONSTRUCTION PLAN NOTES Refer to supplemental drawing FP1 for wall construction, and finishes. FP1. Provide new walls, as shown as hatched, to be 3 5/8” 20 GA metal studs @16” OC w/ 5/8” gypsum board on two (2) sides. Walls to extend to 8’ AFF. Include knee bracing at 4’-0” OC and at the end of the walls. FP2. Provide new partial height walls, as shown as cross hatched, to be 3 5/8” 20 GA metal studs @16” OC w/ 5/8” gypsum board on two (2) sides. Walls to extend to 4’ AFF. Include knee bracing at 4’-0” OC. FP3. Reuse 3’-0” x 7’-0” painted wood door and painted hollow metal frame. FP4. Provide hot and cold water supply and drain for tenant provided and installed vanity cabinet with single-bowl hand sink. FP5. Provide hot and cold water supply and drain for tenant provided and installed deep-well stainless- steel sink. FP6. Provide a 5’ wide x 7’ high drywall wrapped opening with blocking in the header for tenant supplied sliding door. FP7. Clean and remove marks and adhesive strips from existing concrete flooring. Seal concrete where the walls have been removed. FP8. Provide new 4” painted wood base. FP9. Provide new 4” vinyl cove base. FP10. All walls are to be patched and repainted the same color. ALTERNATE 1: Provide paint for two coats of a new color in Gallery/Piercing, Lounge, and three (3) Tattoo Stations. FP11. Patch and repair exterior sign fascia for new tenant’s sign. REFLECTED CEILING PLAN NOTES Refer to supplemental drawings CP1 for ceiling construction and lighting locations. CP1. Repair and repaint the existing ceiling, the same color. Ductwork is to remain exposed and unfinished. CP2. Relocate and reuse existing shop lights in the Work Room and Hallway as shown with an “R”. CP3. Existing Exit sign to be reused. CP4. Existing emergency egress lights to be remain. ELECTRICAL/DATA PLAN NOTES Refer to supplemental drawing EP1 for electrical/data outlet locations. EP1. Provide new electrical supply and data boxes as shown on the plan with an “N”. EP2. All furniture, fixtures, and equipment to be supplied by the tenant unless noted otherwise.
